Blogging?

This is all so new. I trust my point and click style will serve me until I understand what I'm doing.

I went through the various templates and picked one I thought I would enjoy. I prefer clean lines without a lot of frills. The colors were soothing and my thinking was that I didn't want the background to compete with the blog itself. I looked at other templates and attempted to change different elements but was not too happy with the results.

Going forward I'm sure I will make adjustments, assuming that meets with class criteria. It seems to me that this is a fluid medium and as my skill and comfort levels increase I'm certain I'll want to update and try new things. I might even try taking some photographs and adding them, who knows.

I'm looking forward to this semester, I'm looking forward to learning about my colleagues and instructors and seeing their work. With the choices of media that are available today it will be exciting to see the different ways we all express ourselves.
